Jeff Facun is a visual technician for the Santa Clara Vanguard.
Prior to being elevated to the Vanguard Cadets Visual Caption Manager position in the fall of 2019, Jeff taught the Vanguard Cadets since 2012 as a visual technician. His marching experience in drum corps includes one season with SCVC in 2011. The summer of 2022 was his first season with SCV.
Currently teaching at various high schools around the Bay Area: Lynbrook HS holding the position of Marching Band Coordinator, Cupertino HS as a visual technician and choreographer and Live Oak HS as a choreographer. Most recently at Branham HS Winter Percussion as Visual Caption Head in 2022. He will be teaching Cupertino HS winter percussion this coming season in 2023.
Outside of the marching pageantry, Jeff works full-time at Stanford University as a Food Services Coordinator for the Concessions department of Residential and Dining Enterprises. He has been at Stanford since 2008.
Jeff also holds an Associate’s Degree in Journalism from De Anza College where he graduated in 2014.
