Stacy J. Franqui (Johnson) is a professional board certified health and wellness coach, personal trainer, and physical therapist assistant. She is also proud alumni of the SCV Cadet Corps, A Corps, and Blue Devils color guards, as well as the Visual Ensemble of the original cast of Blast! where she performed on stages all over the world, including Broadway. Stacy is thrilled to join the SCV staff once again since ’08, this time as part of the health and wellness team, to help design and facilitate the pre-season strength and conditioning program, and provide nutrition consulting for performance optimization.
Stacy has been growing her virtual health coaching practice for the last three years and is passionate about helping and empowering her clients live their healthiest and happiest lives by building sustainable healthy habits. She is excited that SCV is taking such a serious approach to health education and the pre-season training of members so that they have an opportunity to learn about how to fuel their bodies, protect against injury, and physically and mentally perform at an elite level.
Stacy is a proud military spouse and resides in Woodbridge, VA with her U.S. Army musician husband, Francis Franqui, and two awesome young boys, Roman and Andrew.
