Stephenie Gallardo Hebert

Starting as a baton twirler with The Sparks in 1961, Stephenie joined SCV as a charter member in 1967. She marched with the corps until 1969, but even after her days as a member were over she continued to find ways to support the Vanguard organization. As a volunteer, she has just about done it all from working on the original Miss Amana in the 80’s to helping with uniforms for the corps in recent years. To this day you can even find her helping out with projects at the hall in her free time. Stephenie also currently serves as Secretary on the VMAPA Board of Directors.
