Patrick Crandall

Patrick Crandall is Senior Managing Director in the Debt Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE:  KW), a global real estate investment company with $25 Billion AUM. He is responsible for the origination of commercial real estate financing nationwide, specifically overseeing origination of construction and  bridge financing in the Eastern US. He has over 35 years of experience across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including financing, acquisitions, brokerage, valuation, and asset management. He has  been involved in more than $20 Billion in transactions in the US and abroad. 

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Crandall held executive positions with Pacific Western Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, CIBC, iStar Financial, and JE Robert Companies. 

Mr. Crandall is a member of the Urban Land Institute (currently on the Placemaking Council and ULI LA  Capital Markets Council), and the National Multi Housing Council and was previously a member of  Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and served on the Bank Senior Executive Roundtable of the  Mortgage Bankers Association. He is currently board treasurer of Heritage Housing Partners, a non profit developer of affordable for-sale housing, and has previously served on boards of several other non profit organizations in LA County. He is a Southern California native and received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton.  

Pat was a lead soprano in SCV in 1982 and 1983.
