Jennifer Bauman serves as the Chief Advancement Officer and Vice President of Facilities Management for Vanguard Music and Performing Arts (VMAPA), where she leads the organization’s philanthropic strategy and oversees the stewardship of its physical assets. A mission-driven executive with a deep commitment to arts education, Jennifer plays a central role in ensuring the long-term sustainability, visibility, and operational excellence of VMAPA.

In her advancement leadership role, Jennifer directs all fundraising, communications, and external engagement efforts.
