Jennifer Bauman serves as the Chief Advancement Officer and Vice President of Facilities Management for Vanguard Music and Performing Arts (VMAPA), where she leads the organization’s philanthropic strategy and oversees the stewardship of its physical assets. A mission-driven executive with a deep commitment to arts education, Jennifer plays a central role in ensuring the long-term sustainability, visibility, and operational excellence of VMAPA.
In her advancement leadership role, Jennifer directs all fundraising, communications, and external engagement efforts. She partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, alumni, families, and community stakeholders to cultivate meaningful relationships that expand VMAPA’s impact. Her work includes guiding major gift initiatives, annual giving, capital campaigns, corporate partnerships, and strategic storytelling that elevates the Vanguard brand and strengthens support across generations of performers and supporters.
In addition to her advancement portfolio, Jennifer provides executive oversight of VMAPA’s facilities and operational infrastructure. She leads the planning and execution of maintenance and capital projects, ensuring that VMAPA’s spaces and resources are aligned with the evolving needs of students, staff, and the broader community.
