Brian Marsalli

Brian began his journey with Vanguard in the 1993 Vanguard Cadets.  As Brian grew in his musicianship, he became known as the rock of the bass line, holding down bass #3 as the most consistent player among his peers until he aged out in 1999.  Since that time, Brian has served Vanguard in the capacity of teacher, driver, mechanic, and software guru.  He gained the nickname “McGyver” for his ability to troubleshoot any problem.  His consistent behind the scenes contributions have made him a quiet giant in the Vanguard.  His capacity for problem solving and his deep humility has made him one of the most respected people in the Vanguard family.  A well-deserved congratulations to Brian for decades of hard work and selfless giving.
