Megan was born & raised in Davie, FL, and has since moved to Tampa, FL, where she lives with her fiancé. Megan is a Certified Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach, a Certified Health Mindset Coach, as well as NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She runs her own online health and fitness coaching business, as she has a true passion for helping women fully love and care for themselves from the inside-out.
Megan’s colorguard career started when she attended West Broward HS, where she was a member of the colorguard and scholastic world team for all 4 years, graduating as a Captain in 2015.
Megan began her Drum Corps career after her sophomore year of high school at sixteen years of age with the Santa Clara Vanguard A Corps. During her time with SCV, Megan traveled to Taiwan in 2015 with SCV International, as well as performed in the 2017 Tournament of Roses Parade to kick off the celebration of SCV’s 50th anniversary. She performed with SCV from 2013-2018, received two performer of the year awards, aged out as Colorguard Captain, and was a recipient of the 2018 Gail Royer Memorial Vanguard of the Year Award.
She has also performed with other WGI organizations besides West Broward World, including UCF Pegasus World in 2016, and with the 2018 World Champions, Paramount. In 2019 she was invited to perform with Blast! The Music of Disney for their Japan Tour, where she spent 4.5 months performing alongside amazingly talented and passionate individuals.
Megan has shared her passion of colorguard and performing through teaching. After graduation she taught West Broward HS, and once she moved to Orlando, FL in the Spring of 2016 she later taught Lake Nona HS and Oviedo HS. As of recent, she is currently on staff with the Independent World team at the University of South Florida Winterguard.
Megan continued her performance career at Walt Disney World as a Character Performer for two years. In the Fall of 2022 she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida.
