Jeff Young is Director of Camps for Music for All, where he oversees the Music for All Summer Symposium. He has taught marching band for 25+ years, much of that time at Carmel HS in Carmel, IN where he was Visual Caption Head for the 6x Bands of America Grand National Champions. Jeff’s DCI experience comes from 10 years of judging visual for DCI and 3 years on staff at the Cadets.
Jeff is CEO of Dynamic Marching, a company that provides educational video content for band directors, as well as products such as marching shoes, gloves, and podiums. His podcast, That Band Life, is popular in the music education space. Jeff graduated from the University of Notre Dame and lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Dani (who is on Cavaliers staff). He frequently judges, gives clinics, and consults with bands and drum corps.
