Bart Woodley has been involved in the marching arts since he “was hooked” in high school marching band while growing up in Greenwood, Indiana. He holds a MA in Public Relations and BA in Advertising from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Bart is currently the Director of Operations and Sponsor Relations for WGI Sport of the Arts in Dayton, Ohio.
Bart has served many midwest marching bands and winter guards in various roles including: director, coordinator, caption-head, choreographer, drill writer, designer, technician, clinician, and judge. Bart has been on the staff and the Board of Directors for the Pride of Cincinnati since 1998.
Bart joined the Santa Clara Vanguard design staff in 2018 after serving on the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps staff for 20 years.
