At the center of every strong drum corps is a strong team of member leadership who serves the corps both on and off the field. As a liaison between performers and staff, this team of veteran members takes on additional responsibility, puts in the extra effort to lead by example, and sets a standard for the entire group. We are proud to announce our 2018 Santa Clara Vanguard Percussion Leadership Team: Bryce Gardner, Josh Hirner, Izaiah McDowell, Joshua Baltazar, and Sarah Teng!
“This year, we are very fortunate to have a mix of extremely talented new members and experienced veteran leadership,” said Paul Rennick, SCV Percussion Arranger and Caption Manager. “All of our leaders have years of successful experience and training to rely on, and it’s exciting to see that everyone is focused and ready to pick up from where we left off last year.”
