Here is your opportunity to start your audition journey from the convenience of your home! The audition instructions and link to submit your video will be sent to you over the next few days. This audition process is comprised of a video where you show your conducting skills, a resumé, a cover letter, and positive references. Applicants who move on to the second round will be asked to join us in person at our Callback Camp in December and may also be asked to do follow-up Zoom interviews with our staff leadership team at that time.

You should expect feedback and grades within 1-2 weeks of submission.
