Check in will begin at 6:00PM Friday evening followed by a full meeting at 7:30 PM. Meals are provided starting with snack on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Our camp concludes at 1:00PM Sunday afternoon followed by cleaning and pack up with an approximate dismissal at 2:00PM.
All participants need to complete the VMAPA Participant Liability Form (18 and older please use this link – 17 and under you will receive these forms via email following your registration). If you have already completed this at a prior event for the 2025 season, you do not need to complete this step again.
This is an overnight camp and housing will be provided at the high school Friday and Saturday nights only. Please review the camp packing list to make sure you have everything you need!
If you are flying and need a shuttle to this event, please fly into SJC by 6:00 PM Friday evening and out of SCJ after 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon.
If you choose to fly in/out of SFO, you are responsible for getting yourself to the San Jose Diridon Caltrain station in order to get on the corps shuttles. Please make sure you take a look at public transportation options from SFO (AirTrain to BART to Caltrain) prior to booking travel. This travel may take 90-120 minutes depending on your arrival/departure times.
If you are in need of transportation to/from the airport for this camp, please be sure to fill out the Shuttle Request Form no later than Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
