Jenny (formerly Jenny Spohr) has over 20 years of experience as a performer, both in band and colorguard, ranging from A-Class High Schools to gold-medalist World Guards, including SJSU (2002-2007), Santa Clara Vanguard (2004), and the Santa Clara Vanguard Winter Guard (2007-2010, 2012-2013).
Her 18 years of teaching experience includes performers from middle school to college and world class groups like Santa Clara Vanguard (2008, 2012), Vanguard Cadets (2009-2011), and the Santa Clara Winterguard (2012-2014).
After a hiatus to raise her young children, she currently teaches with Eternal Regiment Winterguard, a Tri-City Band Corps ensemble. She is excited and honored to return to SCVC and pass along the tools she has gained throughout her journey.
