Haley Emerson

Haley Emerson is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She recently graduated from Texas Christian University with her BME in Instrumental Music Education in the Spring of 2022, where Haley had the privilege of studying French horn under Heather Test. She was an active performer in several campus ensembles and athletic bands, including the TCU Wind Symphony, where Haley performed as principal horn/soloist for three years. Additionally, she performed with the TCU Symphony Orchestra, French horn choir, the Horned Frog Marching Band, and more. Haley also enjoyed performing with community church groups, including the Christ Chapel Bible Church.

Haley’s studies have taken her around the globe, where she studied French horn under Mr. Franz Söllner, retired principal horn for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, during her study abroad in Vienna, Austria. Haley is also an alumnus of the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps where she was a marching member from 2017-2020. Haley served on the leadership team from 2019, and performed as a featured and lead mellophone. Currently, Haley maintains several private lesson students virtually and is on staff at Keller High School as a marching technician after previously student teaching with KHS in the Spring of 2022. Haley currently travels full time, spending the majority of the year in Barcelona, Spain, and simultaneously working remotely as a social media manager.
