Originally from the Boise, Idaho area, Blake French graduated with degrees in physics and music from Idaho State University, and is currently employed as a software engineer in the San Diego area while pursing his masters in computer science.
Blake started his drum corps career with the Seattle Cascades for their 2009 and 2010 seasons on euphonium, and performed with the Santa Clara Vanguard from 2011 to 2014 as a baritone player. He has since instructed the visual program at Capital High School in Boise, and was a founding member of Armada Corps.
