All shuttle requests must be submitted by Wednesday, January 16!
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT:
1. Login to your MySCV account
2. RSVP to attend the January Callback Camp
3. Pay the registration fee (only applicable if this is your first audition)
4. Fill out a shuttle request if you require transportation
5. Fill out the necessary paperwork to bring with you to check-in
If you attended one of the Dallas, Los Angeles, or San Jose auditions, you do not have to pay a registration fee to attend this callback camp. If you attended the one-day audition in Houston, your registration fee to attend this Callback Camp is $50. First time auditionees must pay $200. The registration fee can be paid online or by phone via credit card, by mail via check or money order, or in person via cash/check/money order/credit card. Full payment is required for participation, and no previous year credits can be used to pay the registration fee.
During check-in we will be collecting any camp registration fees as well as any additional forms/paperwork (Image Release, Medical Info/History, Copy of Health Insurance, Age Verification) that you have not previously submitted. Upon successfully completing the registration process, you will be provided with a wristband and name tag.
Those flying in to join us for the camp should fly into SJC Airport. (SFO is acceptable, but not preferred.) Also note that the San Jose Diridon Station is the easiest bus/train transportation center to access for the camp weekend. Vanguard Shuttles to the airport and transportation centers will be available for arrivals starting at 5:30 PM on Friday evening and early Saturday morning until noon. Shuttles will resume on Sunday for departures. Please try to time your departure from an airport or transportation center after 2:00 PM on Sunday. A Thursday arrival or Monday departure cannot be accommodated. Don't forget to make a shuttle request in MySCV if necessary!
Please do not arrive at the school before 6:00 PM on Friday evening. Also, do NOT call the school for any information about the SCV Camp. The school doors will open at 6:30PM and registration will begin Friday evening at 7:00PM. There will be a short meeting with corps management at 8:00 PM and rehearsal will follow until 11:00 PM.
All prospective members will be provided with sleeping accommodations at the school for the weekend. Don’t forget your air mattress, pillow and a blanket! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack will be provided for all camp attendees, starting with a late Friday evening snack and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Please make sure to eat dinner before coming for registration on Friday! Saturday morning registration will begin at 7:30 AM and run throughout the weekend for any late-comers. Saturday’s rehearsal/audition session will begin at approximately 8:30 AM and camp will conclude on Sunday by 12:00 PM. Clean up/shuttles to the airport will then begin by 12:30 PM.
To ensure your safety and security, all Vanguard camps operate as a closed campus. No one is permitted to leave the campus during camp unless you have prior approval from the director.
