SIGNUP TODAY to play in the 4th Annual Vanguard Golf Classic. Use the online form below register and pay with PayPal, or download a signup form to mail in with your payment. Tournament registration is $165 per golfer. Dinner-only tickets are also available to any non-golfers for $45 per person. Sign up and pay for a full foursome today and receive a 10% discount ($150/golfer).

We encourage everyone to tell us who you plan on playing with for the day. Don't worry! We have room for singles, pairs and threesomes. This just helps us in the pairing process. If you do enter additional players, only those whose registration fee is paid for at this time will be confirmed.
