Registration Procedures

Children's Advenutures in Movement  Inspired to Move Adult Dance Program

Children's Adventures in Movement

You may register for Children's Adventures in Movement (CAM) via mail, without having to come to the studio in person.

  1. Print out a Registration and Class Form OR, call (408) 727-5534 x19 to have a registration and class form sent to your home.
  2. Mail to us in the same envelope:
    • Registration form with the classes in which you want to enroll your child in marked.
    • Check for the entire session fee.
    • Mail to: Santa Clara Vanguard
      ATTN: Vanguard Community Performing Arts
      1795 Space Park Drive
      Santa Clara, CA 95054

* You may also come by the studio 15 minutes before class on the first day of the session to register your child. There may not be space available in the class but if there is, please have your child dressed and ready to take the class.

* Spaces will not be held in any class without payment in advance.

Inspired to Move

You may register for Inspired to Move (IM) by coming to the studio at least 15 minutes before class starts to purchase class cards or a session spot.

Inspired to Move students do not need to register before the session begins. Students may drop in on any day of the session to observe or take classes.

CAM and IM Session Fee Policies

Session fee is non-refundable. Check payments are preferred. Cash should only be delivered in person and given directly to a Vanguard staff member by an adult. Credit card payments are not available at this time. There are no credits for classes missed. Students and parents should communicate directly with Vanguard staff regarding any injuries or illnesses which impact their attendance or participation. Students forced to withdraw due to a serious injury or prolonged illness may be permitted to apply credit to a future session with approval of the instructor. Vanguard Community Performing Arts reserves the right to modify the class schedule as needed. If a class does not meet a minimum enrollment requirement for it to continue, students can opt to take a refund on the session fee, or transfer to a different class in the schedule.
