The Santa Clara Vanguard Booster Club is the volunteer heart of the Vanguard organization. It helps provide funds, volunteers, and equipment for the organization. The Booster Club supports the Vanguard, the Vanguard Cadets and the Vanguard Winterguard, and operates a full-service bingo game four times a week (Tues., Fri., Sat. evenings and Sun. afternoons).
Booster Club members value the lifelong imprint that our programs leave on the character of young people. Vanguard alumni, parents of performing members, and Vanguard friends come together to provide world-class support for these performing arts programs. Each year, a core group of Booster Club Sustaining Members welcomes the seasonal members who pitch in to help our programs.
Booster Club volunteers help in many vital ways. They make costumes and props, prepare uniforms, promote the corps, organize celebration events and a local DCI show, and provide support for camps and tour. Overall, they do an outstanding job supporting a truly deserving group of young men and women.
