2008 Tour Mixers
The Alumni Association hopes that there will be sufficient interest at all tour stops this summer for an alumni mixer. We need at least one person at each stop to scout out a place for the event. A bar that also serves food works best. The bar should agree to remit 5% to 15% of the gross receipts back to SCV. The Alumni Association will promote the event through email, the website, and place a notice on the souvenir trailer at the show.
The mixers will take place after the show. In cases such as the large regional shows taking place on the weekends, local alumni organizers may choose to also host a BBQ or other event before the show. All events will be at the discretion of the local alumni organizers based on regional tastes, show schedules, location and other considerations.
