Quality of Life is a paperless scrip program for those who shop at Raley's, Bel Air, or Nob Hill Foods. It makes it easy for you to support youth education organizations. If you don't yet have a card, please check with the scrip coordinator of your school or other youth organization.

Here's how it works:

• Obtain a card from the Santa Clara Vanguard.
• Register your card online and select which organization you wish to support.
• Present your card to your cashier each time you shop. The Quality of Life program will donate a percentage of your purchases to the youth organizations you have selected.
• Check online periodically to see how much money you've raised.

The Quality of Life Card is different than other scrip programs. For example, some retailers subtract 15% for administrative fees, but we absorb all those costs so your full contribution goes to support the organizations you've selected. What's more, there are no product exclusions with our program. All of your purchases except non-merchandise items (lottery tickets, money orders, sales tax, etc.) generate money for your organization.

Contact the Santa Clara Vanguard to get your Quality of Life card. 100% of the money earned goes back to SCV. Your continued participation in this fundraising program will benefit SCV well past the time your marching member leaves the organization, unless you decide otherwise.

Remember, this program is nationwide. If you have relatives or friends who participate, their accumulated earnings will be added in the same manner. To make sure the Santa Clara Vanguard gets every penny they deserve, please register your card online once you receive it and select the SCV as the organization you wish to support.
