DEADLINE TO RSVP FOR MEMBERS OR FOR OTHERS TO PURCHASE A MEAL IS THIS MONDAY, OCTOBER 1ST!!!!! NO EXTRA MEALS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE THE NIGHT OF THE BANQUET.
Members, staff, friends and family are all invited to our celebration of the 2012 Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets. A great year like this deserves a great celebration, so hopefully a great number of you can attend.
For members in good standing and instructional staff your meal is free. For all guests or members who still owe fees the meal tickets cost $38. Your choices are beef, chicken, fish or veggie and salad, dessert, coffee, tea and water are included.

The deadline to purchase meals or RSVP is Monday, October 1. This date is firm!
No purchases or RSVP's will be accepted after that date. Anyone showing up without a paid reservation
Members in good standing and instructional staff please RSVP to Mannie Cabarloc at mannie.cabarloc@gmail.com, through the SCVC Yahoo Group or you call Mr. B at his school phone (408-347-7034). Either way is fine but you must RSVP by Monday, October 1st. Remember your guest's meal is not free.
If you wish to attend but do not want to have the meal that is perfectly fine but remember no meals will be provided for anyone who does not RSVP or make a purchase by the deadline.
Members who owe fees will not receive their SCVC patch or any awards until they are paid in full and must pay for their ticket to the banquet.
Let's celebrate the great year that was 2012 and look forward to an even brighter 2013!
